Résumé de l’article

There are two sources of information recorded for LDAP user synchronization:

  • Audit files for general information. An audit file is created when a service is started and contains basic information, such as the start and end time of the synchronization, records found in the source LDAP server, records created or updated in the destination OneSpan Authentication Server Appliance instance, and any error messages or warnings. For more information about audit files, see Auditing, logging, and tracing).
  • Trace files for troubleshooting. Trace files contain detailed debugging or troubleshooting information. The content can help OneSpan support engineers to troubleshoot specific issues. A trace file specifically for LDAP user synchronization can be accessed via the OneSpan Authentication Server Appliance Configuration Tool. For more information about trace files, see Auditing, logging, and tracing.
