    Basic and full tracing levels output different amounts of information in trace messages.

    Basic[date_time] [thread ID] [level code] message
    Full[date_time] [thread ID] [level code] [internal function name] message
    Debug[date_time] [thread ID] [level code] [key] [internal function name] message

    Any timestamp that appears in a tracing message is in UTC time, not local time. The letters UTC appear after the timestamp in the tracing message.
