Issue OAS-22930 (Support case CS0159768): UI translation causes functional issues
Description: The UI text strings are stored in a properties file (message.properties) to support localization. An invalid handling of the UI text resources causes some functional issues when changing the UI text for particular controls, such as the form submit buttons.
Affects: OneSpan User Websites 3.21–3.26
