Welcome to Digipass Authentication for OWA Forms!
Digipass Authentication for OWA Forms is an add-on for Internet Information Services (IIS) that provides strong authentication with one-time passwords (OTPs).
The Digipass Authentication Module intercepts authentication requests to the OWA website using the HTTP forms authentication mechanism. It validates the OTP provided by the user and replaces it with the static password expected by the back-end server. The OTPs are validated using OneSpan Authentication Server or OneSpan Authentication Server Appliance/OneSpan Authentication Server Virtual Appliance.

Known issues
Issue 37841 (Support case PS-141444): Logon fails after updating Exchange Server
Description: With the Digipass Authentication Module, OneSpan provides extended Microsoft Web scripts with dedicated code. These scripts modify standard web page behavior to support OneSpan authentication. When updating Exchange Server, the web script code can also be updated, and in some cases this update can be confused with OneSpan code contained in these scripts. This confusion leads to partially- or non-working web scripts and pages.
Solution: To resolve this issue, restore the original web script status, perform the Exchange Server update, and apply the OneSpan code changes. For more information, refer to the Digipass Authentication for OWA Forms Administrator Guide.
