# How to Create a New Connection Role for Additional Signers

To enable multiple signers in the Dynamics inbound integration, we use Connection Roles to link a signer to a particular approval within the documents.

At present, we provide five signer roles in Connection Roles, from Signer 1 to Signer 5, which accommodates up to five signers. If you want to include more signers in one transaction, you need to establish a new Connection Role in Dynamics.

To create a new Connection Role:

1. Navigate to **Settings > Advanced Settings** . The **Power Platform Environment Settings** appears.

2. Select **Connection Roles**. The **Power App** will launch.
3. Click **Tables** and then click **All** to open the **Connection Role** page.

4. On the **Connection Role** page, click **New**.

You will see that Signer 1 through Signer 5 have already been established as Connection Roles.
