# IDV November Release – 22.R4

### New features and enhancements

Configuration of SMS template and SMS caller ID

The SMS template and caller ID can now be configured on the workflow level.

### Fixes and other updates

Document verification fails due to age check

Document verification fails if the transaction participant is underage.

Status: This issue has been fixed. The age of the transaction participant is no longer taken into consideration during the document verification process.
