Document verification: name match improvements

The following name match improvements have been implemented:

- Handle French maiden name.
- Handle truncation of the name on the machine-readable zone (MRZ).
- Handle special case characters:
  - Spaces
  - Accents
  - Hyphens
  - Apostrophes
  - Commas
