With the launch of our new OneSpan Mobile Portal, we have also started the process of decommissioning our previous portal, accessible via the OneSpan Customer Portal (legacy portal). The decommissioning of the legacy portal will happen in three phases:
No new App Shielding versions released on the legacy portal: as of December 31, 2024
As of December 31, 2024, we will no longer release new versions of App Shielding on the legacy portal.
Legacy portal enters read-only mode: March 31, 2025
As of March 31, 2025, the legacy portal will be maintained in read-only mode. While you will still be able to view existing configurations, you will no longer be able to shield your applications, modify existing configurations, or create new configurations through the previous portal.
Full decommissioning of the legacy portal: April 30, 2025
By April 30, 2025, the legacy portal will be fully decommissioned. To avoid any service interruptions, we strongly encourage you to migrate all necessary configurations to our new OneSpan Mobile Portal before March 31, 2025.
Key Dates to Remember:
December 31, 2024: No new App Shielding versions released on the legacy portal.
March 31, 2025: Legacy portal transitions to read-only mode.
April 30, 2025: Legacy portal is fully decommissioned and will no longer be accessible.
