Wildcard characters can be used to extend your search capabilities. A wildcard character is an asterisk (*) added to the beginning and/or end of the search term as a placeholder for zero or more characters.

 

Searching for authenticators:

  • If you enter 1234 or *1234* in the FIND search field, you will get all authenticators where the serial number contains 1234, such as 0123456789, 1234500000, etc.
  • If you enter 1234* in the FIND search field, you will get all authenticators where the serial number begins with 1234, such as 1234567890, 1234567891, 1234567892, etc.
  • If you enter *1234 in the FIND search field, you will get all authenticators where the serial number ends with 1234, such as 0823451234, 2385601234, etc.
