OneSpan Mobile Authenticator Enterprise Security contains the following files and information:
DPX file (Export.dpx)
This encrypted file contains the Mobile Authenticator Studio data that you need to import to your server.
The STATICPW folder contains the DPX file you need to use if you intend to implement a static server PIN. This folder also includes the IPIN.LOG, which contains the initial server PINs.
The NOSTATIC folder contains the DPX file you need to use if you do not want to implement a static server PIN.
Transport key form (dpx-key.pdf)
This file contains the transport key, which is required for importing authenticator data from the DPX file to the server.
This form also includes the authorization code, which you will need to authenticate to the OneSpan provisioning server. This server sends an SMS to end users so they can download the Mobile Authenticator Studio software.
Activation code file (acode.log)
This file contains activation codes and serial numbers. Each serial number/activation code needs to be made available to the respective end user.
A folder with QR code images
With these QR codes, users can activate their Mobile Authenticator Studio without having to manually enter the activation code. The QR codes can be scanned with the OneSpan Mobile Authenticator Enterprise Security application. Alternatively, users can still activate Mobile Authenticator Studio manually.
