Release 5.1

If you are upgrading to this version from version 5.0, then no additional configurations are needed. Simply go to the Salesforce AppExchange store, and search for OneSpan Sign Embedded Integration for Salesforce. Alternatively, you can click this link. However, if you are upgrading to this version from a previous installation other than 5.0, you must follow the instructions described in Upgrading to  5.0.

1. Go to the Salesforce AppExchange store, and search for OneSpan Sign Embedded Integration for Salesforce. Alternatively, you can click this link.

2. Install version 5.x using the regular installation process. For more information, see Installing the Application.

New Features

• Support for Signer Attachments: We've introduced the ability for senders to prompt signers for attachments through the UI. This update includes real-time tracking of upload status, and the sender now has the capability to download these attachments. Attachments can be rejected if necessary.

  Please be aware of the following:

  • Attachments over 5MB cannot be directly downloaded within Salesforce.

  • Enabling the Enable Signer Attachments Button in the Admin tab will permit the download of all attachments for a transaction as a single zip file, provided the total does not exceed 5MB.

• Support for IDV Authentication: Senders can now authenticate signers using OneSpan Sign with ID Verification.

• Support for LexisNexis KBA Authentication: Senders can now authenticate signers using Knowledge-based authentication.

• Increased document limit: The maximum number of documents that can be used has been increased from 10 to 30.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved a Fieldmapping issue where multi-level field data was not populating in OneSpan Sign fields correctly. (e.g. Opportunity__r -> Account -> name). (refs PB-94790)

• Enhanced support for New Zealand mobile phone numbers to accommodate formats like "+64(21)123 567" and "+64 9 1234567". (refs PB-99721)

• Allow specifying Switch Signer for placeholder recipients. (refs PB-99724)
