# Release v2.0

### What's New

- PCC 2.0 enables users to sign on both [Windows](/v1/docs/personal-certificate-client-installation#installing-the-pcc-on-windows) and [macOS](/v1/docs/personal-certificate-client-installation#installing-the-pcc-on-macos) platforms. We expect these platforms to have functional parity, except that only Windows platforms provide a Corporate Edition.

Note:
  1. PCC 2.0 does not affect US FedRAMP's Sandbox environment or its Production environment.
  2. When PCC 2.0 is being installed on macOS platforms, the following known issues might arise:
    1. [Disabled Continue Button](/v1/docs/personal-certificate-client-installation#disabled-continue-button);
    2. [Prompt for Admin Credentials](/v1/docs/personal-certificate-client-installation#prompt-for-admin-credentials).
