# OneSpan Sign for Workato

The **OneSpan Sign for Workato** connector lets you embed secure electronic‑signature workflows directly into your Workato recipes. The connector provides prebuilt triggers, configurable actions, and secure authentication options, making it easy to integrate OneSpan Sign into your automated business processes.

[Workato](https://www.workato.com/) is an integration and automation platform that connects applications through recipes. With the OneSpan Sign connector, you can:

- Initiate and manage OneSpan Sign transactions
- Send documents for signing
- Retrieve completed documents and Evidence Summaries
- Trigger downstream actions based on signing events

## Supported Triggers and Actions

### Triggers

**New / Updated Record** Triggered when OneSpan Sign emits an event such as `PACKAGE_COMPLETE` or `DOCUMENT_SIGNED`.

### Actions

**Custom Action**: Send a OneSpan Sign request using a custom HTTP call.

**Get Record**: Retrieve a package, document, or other record.
