Preparing Documents for Signing
To prepare documents for signing:
Access the Prepare Document view for one of the recipients.
Drag-and-drop or tap the recipient's Signature to the desired location in the document. Note that you can navigate through a document on the right side of the app. If multiple documents have been added, use the document drop-down icon for quick access to each one.
Drag-and-drop or tap any additional desired fields (e.g., Signing Date) to the desired location in the document. If there are multiple recipients, and you'd like to assign a field to a recipient other than the currently active one, tap the latter in grey, and then select a new recipient from the available list.
If you want to specify additional parameters for a positioned field, tap the field and then tap Settings from the menu that appears.
Once you are finished, tap Send to send the documents for signing.
