# Release 25.R4.3: September 2025

### Bug Fixes

The following issues were resolved in this release:

- The unlock button now displays in all instances where a signer failed KBA authentication and was thus locked out. (refs PB-118466)
- When attempting to access the [Designer](/v1/docs/creating-a-designer-session#rest-api) using an API call with two parameters the second parameter would not be called. For example, in a POST call with `profile name` and `language `as your parameters, `language `would not be honored. All parameters are now called. (refs PB-118581)
- We have fixed an issue where the **Country** field within the sender account would get defaulted to *Other*. (refs PB-118754)
- Minimized performance-related risks. (refs PB-118822)
