# Release 26.R2.2: April 2026

## Bug Fixes

- We have fixed an issue where, in cases of a transaction involving an ADA document without any specified form fields for extraction, the form fields within the PDF do not appear during the signing ceremony. This occurred when Document Domain was enabled. (refs PB-124945)
