This dashboard provides the following:
An overall view of transaction status, including a completion rate
Transaction trends over a specified period of time
Transaction status by sender or transaction
Use the context menu in the upper right corner of a widget to drill down on the data in that widget. This allows you to obtain a more granular view of your data (by day versus by month, for example). In addition, you use this context menu to view a summary of the displayed data, and export it to a CSV file.
You can also use the Export button to either print your report, or save it as a PDF.

'Failure Rate' widget | Shows the proportion of unsuccessful transactions (DECLINED and EXPIRED) out of the total transactions, excluding DRAFT status, for the sender within the specified date range. |

Transaction Velocity
This dashboard helps in analyzing the time taken for transactions to move through various stages to completion.
Use the context menu in the upper right corner of a widget to drill down on the data in that widget. This allows you to obtain a more granular view of your data (by day versus by month, for example). In addition, you use this context menu to view a summary of the displayed data, and export it to a CSV file.

Transaction Volume

Troubleshooting
If your analytics dashboard is not loading correctly (for example, showing an error, remaining blank, or partially rendering), this may be due to browser settings blocking third-party cookies or iframe content. To view our dashboards certain browser permissions are required.
Common Causes:
Third-party cookies are blocked (especially in incognito/private browsing or strict privacy modes)
Browser settings or extensions are preventing iframe content from loading
There are Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) restrictions affecting iframe rendering
A possible fix for this issue is to enable third-party cookies. For information on how to do this refer to the instructions available for your selected browser.
Some ad blockers, VPNs, or privacy extensions may override browser settings. You may have to temporarily disable them if this issue persists.
Iframe and CORS Settings
Our dashboards are loaded inside an embedded iframe. If your browser or network configuration restricts iframe rendering or CORS policies try the following:
Make sure your browser is not configured to block cross-origin iframes.
If you're using privacy-focused browsers, ensure that settings like Strict site isolation or Enhanced security mode aren't preventing content from trusted domains.
It is also possible that your corporate network or VPN may enforce strict content policies. Check with your IT administrator if needed.
"Prevent cross-site tracking" is enabled in the browser. Try disabling this setting in your browser.
