# Uninstalling OneSpan Sign Embedded Integration for CRM

## 2013

### Uninstalling

To uninstall the solution:

1. From Dynamics CRM Settings > Solutions, select the OneSpan Sign Connector solution, and click Delete.

You will lose all OneSpan Sign data stored in OneSpan Sign lists. You will also lose any documents uploaded from a disk, since they are attached to eSignLive's Document list.
2. Clean up the `esignlive database` (created during the SQL Installation) by truncating the tables `EslAudit` and `EslNotifications`.

## 2015

### Uninstalling

To uninstall the solution:

1. From Dynamics CRM Settings > Solutions, select the OneSpan Sign Connector solution, and click Delete.

You will lose all OneSpan Sign data stored in OneSpan Sign lists. You will also lose any documents uploaded from a disk, since they are attached to OneSpan Sign's Document list.
2. Clean up the `esignlive database` (created during the SQL Installation) by truncating the tables `EslAudit` and `EslNotifications`.

## 2016

### Uninstalling

Unless you backup your data, uninstalling the solution will cause you to lose: (1) all OneSpan Sign data stored in OneSpan Sign lists; (2) all documents attached to the OneSpan Sign Documents list.

To uninstall OneSpan Sign Embedded Integration for CRM 2.1:

1. From the top menu, go to OneSpan Sign Embedded Integration for CRM Settings > Solutions.
2. Select EslConnector, and click Delete.
