[LMAS-1881] [INC0012156] Activation code string limit updated

The Mobile Authenticator ES activation code is not limited to 20 digits and the string on the activation screen has been updated to remove the character limit. This issue has been fixed.

Android

[LMAS-1833] An internal error occurs when creating a pending transaction

In some situations, users encountered the following error message after creating a transaction pending approval: "An internal error occurred with code -4066". This issue has been fixed.

[LMAS-1848] Previous package contained duplicate, unshielded application files

In the Mobile Authenticator Studio 4.30.1 release, the product package included duplicate .aab files which were unshielded.  As of this release, the package creation process has been improved to verify that only shielded application files are included. This issue has been fixed.

[LMAS-1849] [INC0011805] Activation error related to SSL Pinning

On Android 10 and higher with SSL Pinning enabled, some users encountered an error when activating an instance. The error was due to an erroneous check for the string RSA in the authentication certificate. Since not all certificates use RSA, this validation has been removed.This issue has been fixed.

[LMAS-1850] [INC0011811] App restart required after deleting a Digipass instance

In some cases, the user's password was cached after deleting a Digipass instance. This caused the user to encounter a password validation error when attempting to activate a new Digipass instance. This issue has been fixed.

[LMAS-1852] After fingerprint fails, password requested for OTP

In the previous release, when a user attempted to generate a one-time password, they may have been prompted for their local password, even if they used the correct fingerprint. This issue has been fixed.

[LMAS-1884] [LMAS-1888] [INC0012168] Permission popup content displays in English instead of system language

The wrong language displays in the permission popup due to the type of language code used in the locale setting in the Customization Tool. Permission strings and the app name will display correctly if you use the generic language code (i.e. fr) rather than the country-specific language code (i.e fr-fr). The Mobile Authenticator Studio Customization Guide has been updated with instructions to use the two-character language code for localizations on Android. This issue has been fixed.

iOS

[LMAS-1861] [INC0012042] iPhone 14 Pro does not scan Cronto or QR code

In a previous release, the iPhone 14 Pro did not properly scan Cronto or QR codes. The wide-angle functionality of the default camera did not provide the focus needed to scan an image at close range. The image scanning feature has been updated to utilize one of the other iPhone 14 Pro cameras with better focus. This issue has been fixed.

[LMAS-1877] [INC0012135] Instance activation lost on iPhone devices

In a previous release, and in certain cases, you could use an instance only once before it would become deactivated. This issue has been fixed.

[LMAS-1879] [INC0012145] Error message displays after OTP is provided

In some instances, Mobile Authenticator Studio erroneously returned an error after the app generated the OTP. This issue has been fixed.
