# Customize the Passport App for Android

## Introduction

This page provides instructions to modify Digipass Passport to change the branding from Digipass to your organization. By reading this document, you learn to:

- Build and use Passport App
- Configure Passport App on the Authentication Server
- Customize Passport App to use your branding

This is intended for a developer who is familiar with Android Studio and Gradle.

## Terminology

The following technical terms describe information used in this document.

| **Term** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| <PASSPORT_ROOT> | References the folder where you unzipped the package you received from OneSpan. It contains the Android Studio project, third-party software licenses, strings for localization, and metadata files. |
| <PASSPORT_HOME> | References the <PASSPORT_ROOT>/PassportApp/android-studio/app_passport folder containing the Android Studio project for Passport App. |
