# Replace the UI in the iOS App SDK

## Introduction

The DigipassONE App SDK for iOS allows you to make small or large modifications to your user interface. By editing a cross-platform JSON UI configuration file, you can customize strings, styles, images and more. Or you can choose to replace the provided UI classes with your own implementations.

This section first tells how your app directs the DigipassONE App SDK for iOS to your JSON UI configuration file that contains the custom strings, etc. The rest of the section tells how to replace the default DigipassONE UI with your own UI. If you replace the default UI with your own implementation as described in this section, then any customization using a JSON UI configuration file does not apply.
