# Replace the UI in the Web App SDK

## **Introduction**

The DigipassONE App SDK for Web allows you to make small or large modifications to your user interface. By editing a cross-platform JSON UI configuration file, you can customize strings, styles, images and more. You can also completely replace any of the provided UI classes with your own implementations.

This section first tells how your app directs the DigipassONE App SDK for Web to your JSON UI configuration file that contains the custom strings, etc. The bulk of the section tells how to completely replace any part of the default DigipassONE Authenticate UI with your own UI. If you replace the default UI with your own UI classes as described here, you can still localize and style it using the JSON UI configuration file as described in [Localizing Strings in Your Replacement UI.](/dpoa/docs/s3suite94-localizing-strings-in-your-replacement-ui-1)
