Verify that Tutorial App is correctly installed and launches successfully. 2. Verify your network connectivity. 3. Review the device logs. Although iOS apps do not expose their logs when installed on a device, you can monitor logging info in Xcode after building the app. 4. Check that the correct metadata for your ASM is present on the Server. 5. Check that the AAID for your ASM is present in the Server policy. 6. Verify that the DigipassONE profile is trusted (On the iOS device, select **Settings** > **General** > **Profiles**). 7. If you are testing with Tutorial App, verify that the Server URL is configured correctly in source file config.json. ## Untrusted Enterprise Developer | Problem | When attempting to open DigipassONE apps, the iOS device displays the following message: Untrusted Enterprise Developer | | --- | --- | | Description | DigipassONE apps require the correct trust settings on the iOS device. | | Steps | Verify that all DigipassONE apps are trusted.
