For user support, Mobile Authenticator Studio can display authenticator information that may be useful in case of issues and for troubleshooting. This information includes the following:
Serial number of the authenticator in use
Sequence number of the authenticator in use, if Mobile Authenticator Studio uses the two-step activation process
Counter value used by the first cryptographic application
Counter value used by the second cryptographic application
Time reference used by the application
Current time difference calculated from the server time reference
