Before you begin

Ensure that the user account you are logged on with has sufficient administration privileges on the machine to uninstall the program.

Uninstall Digipass Authentication for Citrix StoreFront

To uninstall Digipass Authentication for Citrix StoreFront

  1. In the Citrix StoreFront Management Console, remove the authentication method Digipass Authentication.

  2. Locate and double-click the installation package, i.e. dp-auth-for-csf_4.10.0_x64.msi.

  3. Click Next.

  4. Select Remove and click Next.

  5. Click Remove to confirm the removal of Digipass Authentication for Citrix StoreFront.

  6. Click Finish to exit the setup program.

  7. If required, restart the system.
