After installing the Digipass Authentication Module, you need to set up the Logon Failure Page.
Setting Up the Logon Failure Page
The Digipass Authentication Module will use the standard logon failure page by default. This page is located in %WINDIR%\inetpub\custerr\en-US\401.htm.
You can also create a custom HTML page that will be displayed by the Digipass Authentication Module if a user's logon fails. See Authentication for the Digipass Authentication Module configuration options to redirect users to this page.
