Installation file has invalid version

Description

The file version of an installed file is different to the version of the installed product.

Possible causes

  • A file from a newer or older version was installed manually. This may cause instability or errors and is not recommended.

Solutions

Try one of the following:

  • Repair the installation.
  • Reinstall the product.
