Description

Offline authentication data is present, but has expired. This may lead to authentication issues.

Possible causes

  • The offline authentication data was not updated in time.

Solutions

Try one of the following:

  • Update the offline authentication data by performing an online authentication.
  • Update the offline authentication data via Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon Tray Agent.
