There are two ways to delete an authenticator account. It can be deleted from the Mobile Authenticator Studio application by scanning an image that contains a deactivation message generated by Authentication Server Framework. The other option is via the Settings menu if the Delete option has been activated.
The authenticator instances are deleted with all other data of the authenticator when the Mobile Authenticator Studio application is uninstalled.
