OneSpan brings smart analytics to DigipassONE Authenticate with the release of DigipassONE Insights.
DigipassONE Insights1 is an add-on that utilizes data from DigipassONE Authenticate service to create detailed reports and dashboards based on key performance indicators.
It enables organizations to:
assess the effectiveness of their authentication strategy
optimize performance based on suggested improvements2 and
demonstrate value to stakeholders based on key metrics.
Prerequisites
To avail of the DigipassONE Insights add-on, you must have:
The DigipassONE Authenticate service
A mobile or web application that uses a DigipassONE App SDK3
1 DigipassONE Insights is a Splunk app, deployed on the Splunk Cloud Platform that uses audit logs to create reports and dashboards.
2 Improvements are generated by comparing KPIs against industry benchmarks reported by the FIDO Alliance.
3 The App SDK must have Metrics enabled. This is enabled by default in the DigipassONE Android, iOS and Web App SDKs.
