Data Migration Tool (DMT) supports the following versions of Windows:

  • Windows Server 2022

  • Windows Server 2019

  • Windows Server 2016

To install Data Migration Tool (DMT) on Windows

  1. Log in to Windows as a user with sufficient privileges to install programs.

  2. Run the DMT setup package, i.e. dmt_product_version_x64.msi file.

  3. Follow the instructions on the screen to install DMT.
