DigipassONE Server Administration Console is a web-based UI tool that provides per-tenant server management and analytics.

Server Management

Control how authentication is performed for your apps by creating Adaptive Rulesets and rules as well as FIDO policies. You can also define app-specific properties, configure the API Server, configure authentication methods, import new authenticators, set up logging, configure what and how much user history to store, and rotate encryption keys.

Server Analytics

Use Tamper-Evident Logging as input to an external system such as Splunk for reporting, analytics and regulatory compliance.

As an alternative for smaller deployments, DigipassONE authentication software lets you view, generate, and download analytics, statistical data, and reports to analyze user behavior. It supports analysis of user behavior for system optimization, fraud reduction, improved convenience, acceptance, cost reduction, etc.

For example, using analytics you can see information such as:

  • Number of unique users (by country, device platform, application, and FIDO operation)

  • Number of successful registrations, authentications, and deregistrations (by country, device platform, and application)

  • Failure information (by FIDO operation and status code, by FIDO operation and FIDO policy post operation rule)

Admin User Management

The Admin Console enables you to manage administrative users (or admins). Admins configure DigipassONE authentication softwareto provide authentication capabilities for your client apps. You can create admins and specify what level of access they have to major resources in the Admin Console.
