After LDAP Synchronization Tool has been installed, you need to create a corresponding client record for OneSpan Authentication Server via the Administration Web Interface.

To create an LDAP Synchronization Tool client record in OneSpan Authentication Server

  1. Sign in to OneSpan Authentication Server Administration Web Interface.

  2. Navigate to CLIENTS > Register.

  3. Enter the required information:

    1. Client Type: Administration Program

    2. Location: IP address of the computer where LDAP Synchronization Tool is installed.

    3. Policy ID: The name of the policy that should be used for requests from this client component.

  4. Click Create.
