  • Use the exact type of power cord required:

    • Only use a power cord with safety certifications.
    • Only use a power cord that is compliant with the AC voltage requirements in your region.
  • Plug the power cord into a socket that is properly grounded, before turning on the power.
  • Turn off the OneSpan Authentication Server Appliance device, before you disconnect the power supply.
  • Only use a network cable with a maximum length of 3.0 meters to conform to certification restrictions.
