Online retrieval is possible and recommended if your OneSpan Authentication Server Appliance instance is connected to the OneSpan Customer Portal. Retrieving an offline update package is only necessary if your organization does not permit a connection between your OneSpan Authentication Server Appliance instance and the OneSpan Customer Portal.
To retrieve an update package to perform an offline update
- Open a web browser and go to the OneSpan Customer Portal: https://cp.onespan.com/. Type the maintenance contract ID and serial number provided by OneSpan for your OneSpan Authentication Server Appliance and click Sign in.
- On the OneSpan Customer Portal, open the Downloads menu and select the required download package for your product.
- Select the required ISO file to download the selected package for your product and click Save File in the following dialog.
