New features and other updates
User onboarding to the Mobile Portal as self-service
The Mobile Portal now offers you the possibility to create and manage users from within the portal. With this, the portal enables onboarding your users in self-service, i.e., without the need for assistance from our Support team. For more information, see User Management in the Mobile Portal.
Documentation accessible from the Mobile Portal
With this release of the Mobile Portal, we have implemented a documentation widget, allowing you to open our user documentation from inside the portal. You can access the documentation via the widget button the portal provides in the bottom-right corner of every portal page. In the widget, you can use our AI-powered assistive search feature Ozzy to search the contents enabled in the widget. For the launch of this functionality, we have limited the documentation scope to the Application Shielding Troubleshooting and Shielding guides and the configuration-relevant sections of our integration guides to provide an ideal guidance to the process of shielding an application. The full set of user documents remains available on our Documentation Portal under Mobile Application Shielding.
