You can set an expiry date for specific authenticator users. This will allow you to create and manage temporary user accounts with greater ease. Once a user account is expired, OneSpan Authentication Server will automatically refuse to authenticate that user account.
You can configure a user as temporary via the Expiration Date field. This field is available in the User Property Page of the Administration Web Interface.
The Administration Web Interface provides two reports to help track user expiry:
- Expired Users. Queries users whose expiration date has already passed.
- Users About To Expire. Queries users who will expire within one month.
