# Changing the displayed time zone

The date and time of audit messages can be displayed using the local time (time recorded in the audit message) or GMT/UTC.

To modify the time zone for all audit messages

1. Select Tools > Options from the menu.
2. Select the time zone from the Show Date/Time in list.
3. Click OK.
