Audit messages are primarily generated by OneSpan Authentication Server and include RADIUS accounting data. These messages may be recorded by a number of different audit methods. The Auditing page allows you to enable, disable, and configure audit methods.
To configure audit settings for OneSpan Authentication Server, add at least one audit method (auditor) to the audit method list.
The following audit methods are available:
- Windows Event Log (to be viewed in the Event Viewer)
- Syslog (in Linux environments)
- Text file
- ODBC-compliant database
- Live connection
- Audit alerts. These are required for system monitoring (see System monitoring).
