# Available Configuration Tools

The following OneSpan Authentication Serverconfiguration tools are available:

ikconfigwizardconsole

This command runs the console version of the Configuration Wizard.

ikconfigwizardgui

This command runs the GUI version of the Configuration Wizard.

> Only the root user can run the Configuration Wizard. Running the Configuration Wizard requires the presence of specific types of environment variables.

ikconfigutilgui

This command runs the Configuration Utility (GUI version only).

> You need root privileges to run the Configuration Utility. Running the Configuration Utility without root privileges will fail with a "Permission denied" message.
