Unlock DIGIPASS

This page generates an unlock code for a locked authenticator.

Select the authenticator to be unlocked. Click on one of the applications. Click Unlock.

Enter unlock challenge

The unlock challenge code will be generated when the authenticator is turned on again after it has been locked.

1. Enter the unlock challenge on the screen.
2. Click Generate.
3. The unlock response will be generated.
4. Enter the unlock response into the authenticator to be unlocked.
5. Enter and confirm the new PIN into the authenticator.
6. Click Finish.
