USERS – Dashboard (tab)

The USERS > Dashboard tab provides an overview of the most important settings for a user, such as user information, assigned authenticators, used clients, and recent activity.

Account overview

This section lists information about the user account:

  • Last authentication time

  • Account status

  • Expires

  • Static password

  • Administration privileges

To view all user account settings or to change settings, switch to the USERS > User Account tab.

Policy overrides

This section lists the policy override settings for the user:

  • Local authentication

  • Back-end authentication

  • Offline authentication

  • Max days between authentications

  • Virtual Mobile Authenticator

  • Virtual signature

To change the policy override settings, switch to the USERS > Policy Overrides tab.

User info

This section contains general user information:

  • User name

  • Phone

  • Mobile

  • Email address

  • Description

To view all user info settings or to change settings, switch to the USERS > User Account tab.

Assigned authenticators

This section contains information about the five last used authenticators assigned to the selected user, and includes the following:

  • Serial number

  • Authenticator type

  • Status

  • Active applications

  • Virtual Mobile Authenticator

  • Last authentication time

Recent activity

This section shows the most recent activity records for the user.

To view all recent activity records, switch to the USERS > Recent Activity tab.

Used clients

This section lists the five last client components used by the selected user, and includes the following:

  • Time. The time at which the last activity for the relevant used client was recorded.

  • Client type.. States which type the used client is. Click on the client identifier to go to the Client Properties page for this client (see CLIENTS – Client (tab)).

  • Policy ID. The policy assigned to the client component. Click the policy ID to go to the POLICIES > Policy page for this policy (see POLICIES – Policy (tab)).

To view all recently used clients, switch to the USERS > Recent Activity tab (see USERS – Recent Activity (tab)).

Available actions

  • Disable/Enable. Disables or enables the user account, the actual action depends on the current user account status.

  • Unlock. Only available if status is Locked.

  • Set Password. Allows to set a new static password for the user account. The new password must comply with the password strength rules. If the static password of an administrative user is changed, any currently active administrative session of that user account can be forcefully expired depending on the global Invalidate Sessions on Password Change setting.

  • Reset Password. Only available if a static password is set. Resets the static password for the user account to an empty value (Not set). If the static password of an administrative user is reset, any currently active administrative session of that user account can be forcefully expired depending on the global Invalidate Sessions on Password Change setting.

  • Reset Last Authentication Time

  • Set Expiration
