Introduction
DigipassONE authentication software allows your application to take advantage of the security capabilities of modern devices such as passkeys and Biometrics such as fingerprint biometrics, iris recognition, voice biometrics, and others. The suite provides a unified infrastructure that allows you to integrate these capabilities in a simple manner to provide authentication that is both more user friendly and more secure than passwords. It leverages FIDO protocols for strengthening modern authentication supporting both platform and external authentication using biometrics and hardware tokens.
DigipassONE authentication software consists of components that reside on the user’s device and components that are installed in your data center. Below is a summary of the components highlighted in the architecture diagrams shown in Figure 1a Solution Architecture for Mobile Apps and Figure 1b Solution Architecture for Web Browser-Based Apps. In the diagrams below, yellow identifies DigipassONE components while white is for your components.
