Exporting

List information is exported as a JSON.

Using the Admin Console

1. Login to the Admin Console and, if needed, switch to the desired tenant.

2. Click the Authentication menu. Select the list you want to export, one of:

   • Authenticator Groups

   • Countries

   • Device Models

   • Geofences

   • IP Addresses

   • WiFi Networks

3. The page for that list appears. Export all the lists on that page by clicking Export All. Alternatively, under the Actions column of the specific list you want to export, click the Export icon.

Using nnl-mgmt.sh

Use nnl-mgmt.sh's list export command. The example below shows how to export all country lists from the marketing tenant.

./nnl-mgmt.sh list export -type countries -tenantid marketing -file /home/default/countries.json

The next command exports the authenticator group called Biometric Authenticators and writes the information out to /testdir. The system generates the file name.

./nnl-mgmt.sh list export -type authenticator_group -name "Biometric Authenticators" -dir /testdir -tenantid marketing

Importing

Using the Admin Console

1. Login to the Admin Console and, if needed, switch to the desired tenant.

2. Click the Authentication menu. Select the type of list you want to import, one of:

   • Authenticator Groups

   • Countries

   • Device Models

   • Geofences

   • IP Addresses

   • WiFi Networks

3. The page for that list type appears. Click Import.

4. The Import List dialog appears. Click Choose File and navigate to the file to import.
   
   You can optionally select the Overwrite any existing list with the same name checkbox so lists from the import file replace existing lists. Click Import.

Using nnl-mgmt.sh

Use nnl-mgmt.sh's list import command. The example below shows how to import authenticator groups into the finance tenant, overwriting authenticator groups with the same name.

./nnl-mgmt.sh list import -type authenticator_group -tenantid finance -file /home/default/authenticator-groups.json -overwrite yes

The next command imports WiFi network lists but does not overwrite existing network lists with the same name.

./nnl-mgmt.sh list import -type wifi_networks -file /home/default/wifi‑networks.json ‑overwrite no ‑tenantid finance
