Configure a FIDO2 Authentication Method

Introduction

To configure the Nok Nok S3 Authentication Suite to support FIDO2:

  1. Determine your RP ID.

  2. Authenticate with the user name. Or configure your proxy, if you implemented a replacement for the API Server.

  3. For native Android apps, create a digital asset links file so your apps work with FIDO2. For more information, see Creating Your Digital Asset Links File.

    For native iOS apps, list your app in your associated domain file: apple-app-site-association. See Apple's documentation on supporting associated domains for more information.

  4. Configure the FIDO2 authenticators to use.

  5. Configure your FIDO2 apps. For more information, see Configure Apps.
