Introduction
When your desktop computer or laptop doesn’t support FIDO2 authentication, you can use a mobile device to authenticate. This is called out-of-band (OOB) authentication. To support OOB authentication, you must configure both the Auth Server and your client apps. For more information, see Out-of-band Authentication in the iOS, Android, and Web Developer Guides.
The instructions in this section assume that you are using the Digipass S3 API Server as part of standard integration. If you have implemented your own proxy in place of the API Server, you need to talk to Nok Nok Support for the configuration changes you need to make for OOB.
