Unable to Register Using SampleASM Authenticator

Problem	You are unable to register using the SampleASM authenticator.
Description	When performing a registration operation using the SampleASM, the following message is displayed: No authenticators found
Steps	Verify that the Server policy is correctly configured and that the metadata has been added to the database. Note: this step is dependent on the iOS version being tested. SampleASM may have been built for a different simulator/device or iOS version. You must rebuild the SampleASM project and bundle and add them back into the TutorialApp project. Also ensure that you connect your target device and select it in Xcode prior to building SampleASM. See Building the Sample ASM in the Authenticator SDK for iOS Developer Guide for details. The framework SampleASM.framework wasn’t copied and/or embedded into the Tutorial App project. See Using the Authenticator SDK in the Authenticator SDK for iOS Developer Guide for details.
