In certain circumstances, the App SDK displays a screen to allow the end user to pick an account. This happens when the user has registered an authenticator for multiple accounts in the same app.
Tutorial App contains an example of how to replace the user selection screen in TutorialPlusUserSelectionUI. This example silently selects the first account instead of prompting the user. To test replacement of the user selection UI, set the following value to true in the TutorialAppPlus class.
