Step 3. Ensure that the Transaction plugin is enabled

After you enable this plugin, you can modify the JWT configuration object that you generated. The most common changes are covered in When to Modify a JWT Configuration Object.

Using the Admin Console

1. In the Admin Console, login and, if needed, switch to the desired tenant. Navigate to Configuration > API Server > Transaction Plugin.

2. If the Status shows ACTIVE, this plugin is already active. Otherwise, click the Activate icon to activate the plugin. You can view or modify the configuration by clicking the Modify button in the Actions column. To generate a new configuration, click the Modify button and then click the Generate button on the next screen.

Using nnl-mgmt.sh

Create a file called Main.json containing the lines below. This specifies the class name for the TransactionPlugin. The API Server automatically creates an object of this class. Don't change the class name.

Use nnl-mgmt.sh's apiserver import command to import Main.json. The example below shows how to do this for a tenant called investment.

./nnl-mgmt.sh apiserver import -tenantid investment -type TransactionPlugin -name Main -file Main.json

Use nnl-mgmt.sh's apiserver create command to generate a new configuration for the Transaction plugin. The example below shows how to do this for the investment tenant.

./nnl-mgmt.sh apiserver create -tenantid investment -type TransactionPlugin -name jwt_config -issuer "https://example.com"
