Setting Up the App SDK

For the APIs to work correctly, load utils.js before loading other SDK scripts.

To load the App SDK, use a script tag.

adaptive.js contains the APIs for Adaptive Registration, Adaptive Authentication, and non-FIDO registration. appsdk.js contains the APIs for non-Adaptive Authentication and FIDO registration.
